Certified Athletic Therapist
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Growing up in Kingston, I have always been active in sports and physical activities. Inevitably through my participation in multiple sports over the years, I experienced injuries and needed to work through physiotherapy and athletic therapy. This process piqued my interest and thus began my journey in health sciences.
I have an Exercise Science degree with a specialization in Athletic Therapy from Concordia University in Montreal. During my time at Concordia, I learned about osteopathy and upon starting my practice as an Athletic Therapist in Brockville, I enrolled in the Canadian College of Osteopathy, (CCO), in order to provide the best care possible to my clients. I graduated from the CCO and defended my thesis, “The Effect of Global Osteopathic Treatment on Blood Glucose Levels in Individuals with Type II Diabetes.”
Over the course of my career, I have been fortunate enough to work with many types of individuals both in a clinic and on the sports field. In 2018, I returned to Kingston to work full time at Arlington Park Health Professionals.
Although I primarily focus on clinic work, I still enjoy and welcome opportunities for field work with teams.
